Sustainability & Responsibility
For us, responsibility means making informed decisions—from the development of our products to the selection of appropriate packaging and our collaboration with our partners. Our goal is to balance quality, product safety, and environmental considerations as effectively as possible.
We view sustainability as an ongoing process in which we regularly review and refine existing solutions. That is why we question existing solutions, continuously improve our products and packaging, and are committed to transparency and responsible conduct.
Packaging &
Materials
Packaging serves an important function for us: It protects our products and ensures that they reach our customers safely and in perfect condition. At the same time, when developing our packaging, we consider material usage and recyclability as important technical criteria.
For select packaging, we use FSC®-certified cardboard. The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certification system ensures standards for responsible forest management and controlled supply chains.
Depending on the FSC® label, the materials used may come from FSC®-certified forests, recycled materials, and/or FSC Controlled Wood. The respective FSC® requirements apply to all three material sources.
When developing and improving our packaging, we take into account, among other things, the amount of material used and the recyclability of the packaging components.
Supply Chains & Production
For us, trusting, long-term partnerships are the foundation of successful collaboration. Together with our suppliers and manufacturing partners, we work to develop products that meet our high standards for quality and product safety.
Most of our suppliers and manufacturing partners are located within Europe. This allows for shorter shipping distances for certain products. When evaluating our supply chains, we consider not only quality, product safety, and reliability but also environmental factors.
Ingredients & Product Formulations
The quality of our products begins with the selection of ingredients. That is why we develop each formulation with great care and tailor it to the specific requirements and characteristics of the product. Depending on the product, we use ingredients of natural origin as well as naturally derived or nature-identical ingredients.

NATRUE
With our NATURE BLOSSOM brand, our product range includes a fragrance line certified to the NATRUE standard. It features natural fragrance compositions and meets the requirements of an internationally recognized standard for natural cosmetics.
The NATRUE seal is internationally recognized in the natural and organic cosmetics sector. Products with this certification meet clearly defined criteria and are audited by independent certification bodies.
The difference between vegan and vegetarian
Our entire product range is vegetarian, with selected products also being vegan. Vegan products are clearly labeled as such on the product packaging.
The label “vegan” refers to the product’s formulation and means that it contains no ingredients of animal origin. Vegetarian formulations, on the other hand, may contain individual animal-derived ingredients, for example honey or milk..
Animal Testing
Animal welfare is an integral part of our corporate philosophy. The strict requirements of the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, under which animal testing for cosmetic products is generally prohibited within the European Union, are in line with our understanding of responsible animal welfare.
In addition, we support the organization Doctors Against Animal Testing, which advocates for alternative research methods and the further development of scientific procedures that do not involve animal testing. Through our contribution, we hope to help advance innovative and scientifically sound alternatives.
